Francesco Comito was born in 1990 in Messina and began his musical studies at the age of three.
At the age of 11 he entered the Conservatory, studio of Maestro Umberto Zamuner and then continued his studies with Maestro Paolo Subrizi and Maestro Vincenzo Le Pera.
In September 2010, he graduated from the Conservatory F. Cilea in Reggio Calabria with an honorable mention and later continued his musical training under the guidance of Maestro Leonid Margarius.
The brilliant musical talent manifested itself at a very early age and allowed the pianist to start a busy performing career as a soloist and as a member of chamber ensembles, playing concerts for several important musical associations.
In 2011 he held a “Concert-Lecture" at the University of Rome 3 – Department of Pedagogy of DAMS – SPTM in the Concert Hall of Rome.
Young pianist collaborates with several Italian orchestras and has been regularly invited to perform in prestigious venues and festivals such as: “Tropea Music” and “Harmonies of Magna Graecia” in Tropea; “Ravello Concert Society” in Ravello; Chamber Music Festival “Le Corti dell’Arte” Cava dei Tirreni; “Liszt and Friends” in Rome in Chapel Borromini, Church of St. Agnes in Agone in Piazza Navona; “Il Salotto di Marcella Crudeli” in Rome; “Concerts of the Temple in Rome”; “Scenarios” in Cosenza – Rende; "Boccherini Open 2014” rassegna “Percorsi Musicali d’Autunno” at the concert hall of the Music
Institute Boccherini in Lucca; “Filarmonica Laudamo” in Messina.
During the Concert at the Teatro di Marcello in Rome for the festival “Concerti del Tempietto” Francesco has performed, dedicated to him the world premiere of piano transcription of famous violin sonata in G minor “The Devil’s Trill” by Giuseppe Tartini, arranged for piano by composer Andrea Massaria.
In April of 2015, together with his sister Antonia, young pianist performed a concert at the auditorium C.A.S.C of Bank of Italy in Rome.
Young pianist is a winner of several national and international competitions. His concerts are always meet a very enthusiastic audience reaction and rave reviews.
