I’m a pianist, conductor, harpsichordist and composer and I graduated “cum Laude” in Physics with a thesis in Acoustics, supervised by Professor Andrea Frova, at the University La Sapienza of Rome. I’m keen to adapt myself to different music styles and I love Contemporary Music.
My debut as a conductor was in 2009. Since then I’ve conducted many operas, Galas and Symphonic Concerts. I’m now the principal conductor of Archi Accademia Nova: this ensemble collaborates with violinists Roberto Gonzalez, Marco Fiorini, Stefano Pagliani, the violists Simone Briatore and Massimo Paris, and the cellist Gabriele Geminiani. I conducted the ensemble in a recording of Grieg’s Holberg Suite and Elgar’s Serenade at Radio Vaticana.
In duo with the violinist Rebecca Raimondi I’ve founded Ardorè Duo, mostly devoted to contemporary music, I’ve recorded a monographic CD of piano solo music by Peter Seabourne called “Steps V: Sixteen Scenes before a Crucifixion” for the "Sheva" label.
I’m pianist of Imago Sonora, resident contemporary music ensemble of Filarmonica Romana and harpsichordist of Il Quadro Animato, specialising in music of the late Baroque.
